I remember exactly how it happened.

I kept seeing DALL-E Mini images in my Twitter timeline and shrugging them off as a novelty. And then I saw it. It made me laugh so hard, and that’s when I sat up and took notice.

It was too words: “spaghetti printer”. And there it was: an image of a printer, printing spaghetti. “Hey,” I thought to myself, “why not an image of zombie Stalin eating a turd sandwich?”

And that was exactly what I did, and it’s what I never stopped doing ever since. Of course, I didn’t exactly stick with DALL-E Mini (now Craiyon). I entered the waitlist for DALL-E 2, the actual, full-fat service, and more research led me to Midjourney.

After creating thousands of pictures, I decided to write a book on the subject. The art of writing prompts (ie. the text that gets turned into a picture) is a very fascinating one, and I was all-in. Midjourney turned out to be my favorite, as it works amazingly well for the more abstract styles I enjoy doing.

Here are a few pictures created in Midjourney:

If they’ve piqued your interest, and you’d like to know how to create them, you can purchase the ebook for the very reasonable price of $6.99 on Amazon.
